Pilates is movement and mobility training.

Enabling your body to build strength and neurological control through full ranges of motion.

A fantastic rehabilitation tool for you to gain trust of your body after injury.

It can be used as an antidote to not moving enough in daily life.

Helping you identify unhelpful movement habits.

A level of mindfulness is required to enable your body to flow naturally, this also makes the practice relaxing and rejuvenating.

Never to be underestimated. There are plenty of powerful challenges to progress to.

The benefits of using studio equipment?

The studio equipment provides a variety of feedback to your brain.

Springs that assist and resist movements.

Surfaces that challenge your balance and proprioception.

Find out how your body is feeling and the habits you have.

Why did I train in Pilates?

After training in soft tissue therapy, it became clear that the long term solution for many people was for them to strengthen their body, alter their movement habits or rebalance the way that they were using it. Pilates is fantastic for this. It was also clear during my experience in elite sport that many of the physiotherapists were using reformers as a rehabilitation tool.

I offer personalized pilates sessions tailored to your goals and based on a screening assessment.

I received extensive teacher training at the globally recognised Polestar Pilates, which is renowned for having a scientifically sound pilates curriculum.

I am currently offering personalised 1:1 studio pilates sessions for £30
