Becky has always been fascinated by the human body, and has a first class degree in Biomedical Science, and a PhD in Pharmacology from The University of Sheffield. Previously working in science and medical writing, Becky is keen to put her knowledge into practice, helping people to make the most of their body and to feel better. 

Becky was fascinated by reflexology after having a treatment following the birth of her first child. This led Becky to study reflexology at The London School of Reflexology in 2009. She has also trained in the Bergman method of facial reflexology, pregnancy reflexology & Indian head massage. She is a member of The Association of Reflexologists.

Becky qualified from The North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), with a Level 5 Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage. She is a member of The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA). Becky massages for her local rugby team, Ely Tigers RUFC, alongside a work experience placement at a top premiership rugby club. She regularly volunteers at charity events, such as The London Marathon and Ride London.
