Reflexology: ‘press reset’

A reflexology treatment enables you to focus inwardly, all you have to do is lay in a chair and enjoy the reflex points being pressed on your feet.

Taping into and enjoying the sensations from your sensory nerves.

This calm state of consciousness is an incredibly good place for your brain to be and your body and mind are given space to relax and reset.

Personally I receive reflexology every week and it's one of the most powerful ways I look after myself.

Why spend time relaxing and calming your nervous system?

Most diseases and imbalances within your body are influenced by your nervous and immune system. Reflexology is one way you can get into a deeply restorative conscious state. Spending more time in this calm place can help to improve your bodies ability to cope with external stressors.

Treatments

  • Foot reflexology

FOOT Reflexology is a relaxing treatment where reflex points on the feet are stimulated and massaged. Reflex points are linked to various parts of the body, the sensations allow your body to relax, which promotes healing.

Treatments can be tailored to suit you, either for general health maintenance or to address specific health conditions.

  • Facial reflexology

FACIAL reflexology is deeply relaxing and works on the same reflex point principle as foot reflexology. A facial oil is applied to your face and specific points stimulated. Not everyone likes their feet being touched so facial reflexology can be an alternative. It has the added benefits of helping with sinus issues. It is an intensely calming treatment, which also gives your face an uplifting glow.

Reflexology is a relaxing form of massage of your feet, face and hands; parts of your body with a high number of sensory nerve endings. Specific reflex points are stimulated.

When you are enjoying these sensations you are fully present and it allows other areas of your brain to switch off.

Reflexology is a treatment that I think you need to try if you never have, to understand what it feels like and how powerful its relaxation can be.
